Environmental Controller

All systems used in the construction of the unit are simple and effective in use, easy to maintain. The unit is designed to with stand any harsh working environment normally encountered in Poultry operation.

The controller is specially designed for Day-old chick to Bird Lifting.

After a week, birds need comfortable temperature. During heavy sunlight time birds get more stress, which reduces feed and water in take and also lead store spiratory diseases. These are major problems which affects production. To overcome the problems Isologic has conducted Research & Development for two years from 2015 and finally achieved the solution named as CHICK MASTER and now registered as POULTRY MASTER.

Controller Descriptions and Operations

The electrical system is 415 VAC -24 VDC with negative earth. All wiring are colour coded independently tagged and identified at each connection point and clearly marked in drawings for references.

Ensures all safety systems are intact and in case of deviation from the safer / set values, the system is shutdown with warning.

The design, construction and materials used are committed to with stand heavy-duty operations within the functional area.

All exposed components are protected from normal environmental impact.

Parameters are monitor and controlled in remote with aid of own developed Platform

Artificial intelligence are used to control the temperature in full auto mode. The unit is capable of being operated by personnel possessing no special skills, but having a short period of operational training.

Periodic Maintenance can be accomplished using standard tools and easily replaceable spares.

Safety systems are designed in such a manner that they can be activated before any damage can be caused to the operator or the unit.
